No Show Policy & Cancelation Policy

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to serve our clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter our studio. Our esthetician limits the number of clients they see every day to ensure the highest level of quality in our services. They depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times.

We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

For us to reserve a place in our schedule for you, we require that you agree to our cancellation policy, as follows:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change/to reschedule an appointment. For example: if your appointment is at 6 pm Saturday, you have until 6 pm sharp on Friday to cancel or reschedule.
  • In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, the client is responsible for (100%) cost of the scheduled treatment. No exceptions.
  • If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with our business to help us protect our ability to serve you and all our clients.
  • Unexpected events like family member illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt from our cancellation policy.
  • Our appointment confirmation and reminder emails and texts are a courtesy. Not receiving these communications does not make a last-minute cancellation or no-show exempt from our policy. We encourage our clients to set they own reminders!.
  • If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled (NO SHOW) and the client is responsible for the total cost of the scheduled service.
  • To schedule an appointment, clients must provide the credit card information to be kept securely on file. If our cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly. (100% of scheduled service).

Booking Policy

  • Forever Confidence by Flavia Barbio is primarily a “by appointment only” business. Therefore, a deposit of 30% of the total service is required to be made for all scheduled appointments. Deposits can be cash, cashapp,  zelle,  venmo & credit card. The amount charged will be applied toward the service on the day of the appointment. Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE with cancellation or rescheduling. Your deposit will be credited to your account with us and may be used when you are ready to visit us again.
  • In case of less of 24 hours cancellation or no show , deposit will automatically be used towards your no- show / cancellation fee. Remaining balance still due and the credit card on file will be charged as stated on our agreement.

Deposits Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable but can be credited to other services or shared between clients.

Form Signatures Policy

  • A full signature is required and should be your full legal name and match any formal ID. Abbreviations and initials are not acceptable substitute.

Vouchers Policy

  • Vouchers will be only accepted for first time clients only, no exceptions. Groupon, Living Social, etc.

Packages Policy

All services included in any package purchase must be used within 3 months of purchase or they will expire and no longer be valid. Extensions can be granted only with a written request in advance of the expiration. Packages are non-refundable. For sessions included in a package, if client cancels or no-shows without 24-hour advance notice, the treatment redemption credit will still be used to cover the late cancellation/no-show. Package Courtesy – as a courtesy, we will ONLY allow ONE late cancellation/change within 24 hours per package, no exceptions including sick days, menstrual cycle, and unforeseen events.

BY BOOKING THIS APPOINTMENT AND PUTTING YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE, YOU AUTHORIZE THIS BUSINESS TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD A NO-SHOW FEE OF UP TO 100% OF THE SCHEDULED VALUE SHOULD YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION.

Covid – 19 Policy

We are following the law and guidelines as the world battles the war against the cover-19 virus. We have had to implement new rules and policies given to us by the DHM and DHHS. Below are the guidelines:

  • Upon walking into reception, please wash your hands in the restroom before entering the treatment room.
  • In the treatment room, I will also have moisturizing hand sanitizer for us both to use.
  • No guest(s) or children are allowed to come with you to your appointment. This is a way for us to continue to keep the number of patrons in our facility low and comply with our insurance liability rules.

Manzilian Policy

Our Manzilian Policy: During the manzilian waxing service, it is sometimes common for male arousal. We are professionals and the technician is trained accordingly on how to complete the appointment and allow the client’s arousal to subside. Under NO condition should any reference or suggestion of a “happy ending” be stated or implied. If so, the technician will end the appointment immediately and any authorities would be called if there are any signs of aggression on the clients behalf.
